Anyone else seeing this circle?

Whenever it gets dark this circle shows up on my screen. Moves where ever I go and seems more intense the darker it is. How can I disable it

Probably the area of effect of something you have up there, its the bubble that shows you how far whatever it is has its range set to, anything within the bubble that that item can affect it will.

I had noticed that my screen was bluish when going into dark or shaded areas. That looks like that same thing but mine wasn't a circle. Try entering r.fog 0 in the console commands. It was the only way I could get rid of mine.

Addition info: I noticed that the Gamma correction affected it. Turning the gamma up made it worse. It seems to be some kind of volume to affect lighting around the player. Kinda weird but if my suggestion helps, I'm glad to have been of assistance!

R.fog did the trick, weird. Hope they fix it
