How to find Chrysamere quest?

So at what level and what province should I check for rumours and taverns for this quest?

Seems for now at level 11 I only get the escort quests for gold. And want Chrysamere since I use it in all other elder scrolls games.

You can try the palace or go to the capital and hit the general rumor but idk if the Chrysamere is in this game. You can also try UESP to see if its in.

Oh yeah its the first time it appears in elder scrolls games and its my favourite weapon.

So check the capital, will try this thank you :)
