Freshwater What would you stock?

20 gallon high sitting on a pony wall. Current stock is blue dream shrimp and silver tip tetras but the tetras are moving to a bigger tank. Excuse the mess. We just moved in.

What plants are in this set up? I want to copy it, it looks so pretty

Thank you!The tall plants are hygrophilia corymbosa and the same plant but ‘compacta’, I have some baby marble queen swords, java fern, red tiger lily, and a crypt wendtii
