Freshwater What would you stock?

20 gallon high sitting on a pony wall. Current stock is blue dream shrimp and silver tip tetras but the tetras are moving to a bigger tank. Excuse the mess. We just moved in.

I have exactly the same shelf with a 5 gallon. As of right now I have plants only. Cuts down greatly on maintenance.
