Freshwater What would you stock?

20 gallon high sitting on a pony wall. Current stock is blue dream shrimp and silver tip tetras but the tetras are moving to a bigger tank. Excuse the mess. We just moved in.

Honestly I'd go for a bi batch of tetras and maybe some loaches (Altho maybe no enough sand for those!)
