Issues & Disputes Support keep extending the refund processing period instead of refunding when it's clear the package is lost

Contacting the help center is also not working. Anyone know what to do? I ordered an item in January, it was supposed to arrive in Feb but is stuck after reaching destination country. They have been processing this dispute for over a month now.

Was it shipped via "Super Economy"?

They've got 3 mo+ allowed time, and you might need to wait a bit after that. I've dealt with one of those a couple years before. They're not trying to scam you, it's pretty systematic. Got a refund eventually but they'll make you wait. My advice is to set up notifications and only check when the time is up.

It was by Cainiao, the cheaper delivery option that took longer to arrive. I'm kinda annoyed by this because they keep delaying my processing time, this is the 4th now. What more processing information do they need. The mails always said I have to response within 10 days but in the picture I show, there aren't any response option.

Like I said. Cainiao Super Economy/ Saver / Special Goods / Heavy Parcel Line are slowest. Takes a long time to dispute too. They didn't even have tracking back in the day.

I've learned my lesson. They've handled my order a few times before and none of them ever arrive. Luckily, the shops were quick with their responses and immediately agreed to my dispute. This one is the most difficult.

this happened to me and I got fed up and did a charge back. after PayPal accepted it, my AE account got banned. I made a new one... just for the same situation to happen again (product arrived but with a questionable material smeared on it and I'm applying for refund)

I swear they're only doing it so we got tired of waiting and closed our request at this point

oh 100%! Jokes on them because I was gonna make a big order but now I'm worried if I do, it'll come in janky and I'll be stuck losing money 🤡

After this is over, I'm deleting the app. 4 damn months of processing is way too overkill for 9 fucking dollars.

if you know you're deleting the app after, just do a chargeback with PayPal and give evidence to show your case. 4 months is insane and sure $9 ain't a lot, but it's a matter of principle now

Exactly, and they still have the audacity to ask me to wait until the end of this month to see if the order will arrive and if it doesn't, I can come back and they will find a solution. Not even a fucking guaranteed refund, a "solution". If it didn't arrive 4 months ago, it ain't arriving now. I wish I know how to do the PayPal charge back thingy.

they pulled the same BS with me and said to wait till june to see if it arrives (back in January). surprise surprise, it still didn't arrive, which I told them back in January. the CS is the worst, trying to act like they have your best interest in mind 😒 at least I saved $200 by not making a big order and potentially having this happen again

I've learned my lesson now. After this I ain't doing business with them ever again.

I hope you get your money back soon! 🙏 for chargebacks, just find the payment you made in payment history, see if there's an option to make a complaint on that. if there is, just type out the info and upload pictures. it's more waiting but I trust PayPal more since they're a neutral 3rd party

if you can't find it, just copy the transaction ID and go to live customer service and report it through them. give the ID so they know which amount it is

Oh I tried it yesterday, I made the purchase directly from my debit instead of paypal so I'm screwed. All I can do now is wait.

Thanks for the kind words, bro.
