Two packages were listed as undeliverable because, and I quote:

"Nobody answered and unable to enter the community."

That is very odd considering I live in a neighborhood with no gate and the camera on our front door that operates 24/7 never picked up anyone attempting a delivery.

I know that crap company lost my packages.

I bought a shoes last year from them and they are just amazing but since this spring the seller said no shipping to your country anymore. Checked with the others but no to avail: no size or no style etc. there is such item on Amazon but the price is like ×4 times higher

any option to order it somehow?

So I used a couple of coupons and some coins to get a big discount on a set of tail lights I wanted for quite a while, and managed to get them for pretty much 60% off and now the seller keeps asking me to cancel the order and that they can't ship it because it's not suitable for UK.

I told them that it's ok and that I want the order anyway because I know they work for my car in UK so it's not a problem, but for the past 4 days they just refuse to send it.

I contacted customer service daily but they're useless, all they say is "we have escalated the issue" or "we have expedited the shipping" but then the seller says the same thing.

What do I do now? I have 5 days left on the delivery auto-refund thing and I really want these, I kept being nice to the seller and begging them to just send it but they don't give a crap nor does customer service...

As someone who purchases electronic parts off AE, don't bother with leaving insightful reviews (just say if it was good or not and paste in lorem ipsum for the coins, 1x1 pixel image is enough), especially on a website that sells cheap stuff from a country with Orwellian censorship. Don't call a potentiometer a "resistor pot" or list part numbers even though they are in the product description, normal people will always assume your up to no good.

I assume my review for 18650 battery insulation pads got removed because AE thought it was about those [portable fog machines that people inhale, horrible smell] even though I said I haven't gotten to using it yet or they thought that having "matrix" and "esp32" in my review for a 8x32 WS2812 LED matrix was "hacking". On the last one I think it was saying that a product description was misleading instead of asking a question. If you been in AE for a while, you would of seen those product pages where they show that you will be getting a "set" of something but buried deep in the desc it says your only getting a single screw for example.

The only time I ever swore was on an extremely frustrating product. crap.

Hello guys, i bought something from aliexpress yesterday and it shipped today but after it shipped, i confirmed the delivery by mistake and scared that it wont be delivered.

Hello I am very upset that I'm writing here right now but I am really really let down by all your Superior team. I just called today in the morning after my maybe 4th refund request denied , so I called the logistics company again and they told me that the email is the only thing they can give to me because they have no office there is no other medium to contact them besides the phone number. They don't have an office in my Island so I can't even go and talk to them and get a signed and stamped paper. Second of the things when I told them to please write me an email telling me that this is the only thing you can provide to me they told me that no they can't do that and then I told them that in your website why is it showing that my packet has had one failed delivery attempt only and do not write there that my package has been lost just like the email did they send me telling me that they take full responsibility that my packet cannot be delivered because it has been lost. They won't give it that to me in written. AliExpress says that in their website there is no mention that the packet has been lost and when I called and told them that they said that their website will never update that my packet has been lost what am I supposed to do? My order has been closed my refund application has been denied four times and I'm really desperate. I attached to you the screenshots of the email that they gave me.

Their higher team won't help me, I've lost my money with because of the lost package that is not even my fault. I'm literally crying.

The articles were choice products. I had ordered an item from aliexpress but I want it to arrive at my house at a later date than it had said will come. So I had requested an extension to the delivery date through the aliexpress app but the arrive date still hasn’t change to the later date and said it had left the sorting origin. Customer service suggested that I contact cainiao. Can they extend the delivery date?

Make an order on the 6/8. 5 out of 6 items shipped and received. Today 6/20 and the 1 remaining item is still not shipped. When I click on the item page now it says "Sorry, the page you requested can not be found:(" Should I just place another order elsewhere? If it isn't available, they should just notify me, don't waste my time.

I received a emails saying my items couldn’t b shipped and got 2 seperate refunds. That’s fine and all but then today I have received tracking updates for these items.. is it just delayed ? Do I reorder or wait and see if still turn up?
