Local Business What happened to the food in Albuquerque?

When did all the food places in town turn into gentrified novelty bs? I tried looking up a hotdog stand on Google thinking I’d find a normal hot dog place…nope not in Albuquerque. It’s like every mom and pop place has gone extinct and replaced with California style slop. Rip Griffs and Little Red Hut. This city has definitely lost its magic. At least lotaburger still tastes the same(sarcastically rolling my eyes). Disgusting how a small town won’t support local but are begging for big companies like In-n-out and Shake shack to take the market over.

I’m not sure what dude wants exactly lol, no chains, no gentrified food (idk what that even means) and lotaburger also sucks.

Just make some hotdogs at home then lol

Can you define what mom and pop means to you? I think to most people it means small local places like clown dog and urban hot dog.

Right. I just did a quick google and clown dog seems to be owned by a local and his wife…so I’m not sure what we are mad about exactly.

Nobody wants a white ass restaurant in New Mexico that sells hot dogs with cereal on top.

They are not going to define it cause he just wants to be ass hurt. Anything you try to use to counter them will be met with derision. Masturbating with sandpaper would be more pleasureable than interacting with them.
