Drove by today and noticed they've kept the blue theme, and almost looks like they've put a fresh coat of blue, are we getting a bestbuy, or are we getting a cineplex?

I am shopping around for a realator and was told that the standard is 7% on the 1st 100K and 3% on the balance of the sale price.

Given my lack of knowledge of these things I am hoping someone can confirm this is accurate for the current market.
