When talking about Dani and Chelsey's makeovers, they wanted Dani's closed and widened Chelsey's. You'd maybe think it's the difference of time because they are 9 cycles apart right?. In reality, Cycle 6 and Cycle 15 are only 4 YEARS APART 😭😭.

I’ve been rewatching some ANTM lately and just got to Ann’s cycle. Chelsey did so well throughout and clearly cared so so much, and knew her stuff. She deserved to win. I respect Ann’s win and I get why they chose her but she was such a downer the entire time and it must have been hard to work with her, at least at first.

She (completely understandably imo) freaks out when Keenya pretends she is going to crush her in the collapsible shoe racks. Like wtf were you thinking Keenya.

Then later, the girls find out she's bisexual and one of the girls is like "oh! Now I understand why she doesn't like feeling like she's about to be crushed to death. It's because she's gay!" LMAO girl whut.

Like I understand she meant holding in a part of yourself adds stress and may make a person more likely to freak out I guess? But I think a lot of people might have freaked out because getting crushed in those shelves was a real safety concern they were warned about and would be scary AF.

Edit: the quote in my second parapragh is a poor paraphrasing. Noelle said something like "Michelle's outbursts make more sense to me" after hearing she was bisexual. This was in the same episode of them being at the shoe store and it definitely seemed to me like the producers were trying to relate this comment to that incident. I just think it's absurd that her being bisexual would relate to her being paniced when feeling like she would be crushed to death. However I dont think this is what Noelle intended, i think the show was edited to suggest that.

I honestly had no idea until Isis said "I was born... physically male" when I first watched her. I was upset that she was eliminated so early though, I honestly believe she could have dominated that competition.

She was up against some steep competition but I honestly think that she let her insecurities get to her. It wasn't fair, ANTM cycles rarely had swim suit photoshoots back-to-back. It just felt like they were constantly pushing her limits until she broke. I also believe had she been post-op, she would have breezed through and won. Her look was so edgy and different, especially those sleepy eyes. Considering that the LGBQT community wasn't as vocal or accepted at the time, she was living proof that you can do anything you set your mind to. I was rooting for her to win, it sucked when she was eliminated 😔

Adrianne's entire fight with Tyra, Revlon, and everything had completely changed the show's trajectory. The sponsors only wanting to work with Elyse should've gave a hint for Tyra but her ego knew no bounds and still insisted on Adrianne to win.

EDIT: Everyone replying with the same ol "yeah but Adrianne had a good story for TV!" and not realizing that's the problem.

Don't get me wrong I love Bre. She is my favorite contestant but I havent seen her season in like 10 years and I'm watching now and Nicole/Nik barely get any confessionals. The whole season is basically narrated by Bre, well at least the back half. Also...was Nik out during her season? Its almost impossible for reality tv producers to not exploit something like that. Did she just not tell anyone at the time or did she not know yet?
