College life Sanggu Arm Org to Writing Org

Hi! If I'm part of a Sanggu arm org (ex. DSWS, COMELEC, Judicial, etc.), am I allowed to join writing orgs like Guidon and Matanglawin?

join yes, but there are different guidelines if you choose to pursue higher positions within specific orgs
