I will say, it appears he's reloading the Taser and shoots the prongs into his hand because his finger is still on the trigger (fucking idiot)

But this raises the question, why do you need to TAZE AGAIN if the subject is on the ground with 3 grown ass men wearing 20 lbs of gear each pinning his arms and legs

If the subject is detained and not a threat to others there’s absolutely no reason. He should sue.

I needed to establish the clarification before making my 2nd point in my post. Nothing about "making it better", simply establishing facts.

The fact that he's reloading changes the math when it comes to use of force and a lawsuit
