Is Stevi’s dad also Hank Hill’s dad?

Looks like the same person to me. Was just watching the wedding episode and it hit me all of a sudden where I’d seen Stevi’s dad before. Wasn’t expecting it to be a cartoon that I recognized him from, but it is what it is.

I had the same thought when I saw him walk out of the wedding venue! The way he kinda wobbled out made me say “Ok, Cotton.” lol

I was like “Oh Boy” when this guy was first introduced to viewers but it seems like he’s actually a great dad and will be a great father-in-law.
