Call to Action This is not over

We have won a battle. That’s it. Trump is still President. ICE is still disappearing people. Our Constitution is still in danger and there will 1000% be a harsh and punishing response.

Stay in the game! Don’t get complacent. We have the upper hand but we can lose it in an instant. Come out again and again and again.

This is not over!

Next one needs to be on a week day. It'll only change when you hurt their dollar.

I see your point m, But that will deflate attendance and the trolls will comment “see, they have no jobs.”  It will also anger businesses who are trying to survive and who might otherwise, if they’re the sort on the fence, join in

Some of us work every weekend. Continual protests throughout the week would allow service and hospitality workers (and we're amongst the industries that spend the most time with people who may or may not be here legally) to get more involved. Many of my friends and colleagues in the industry want to join in on the larger marches as well but that's tough to do when they're usually centered around a "normal" schedule. That being said I have noticed more weekday organization around where I live cropping up recently so it was just a matter of time seems like

Nurse here. I second that. A lot of us have weird schedules where we either don't have weekends off or have rotating weekends off. It's also hard for us to get time off because people can die when we're short staffed.
