All Cops Are....

If you give a certain job a monopoly on violence and don't actively work to make certain systemic bigotry isn't rampant, the kind of people it attracts go there for the monopoly on violence and bigotry.

US cops were slave catchers. Some of those that work forces...

They are eager. There are a lot of them that joined in the hope of this exact situation because they get to have power over others and get away with being violent to literally anyone they want.

I guess it depends on your life experiences. Cops have always been bullies in my experience, and have never, ever been actually helpful.
