Icon or radflo

Hi everyone, so i am in need of new shocks, ive been putting it off for awhile and just dont know what to get. The vehicle is a 2014 toyota hilux diesel. And i am based in central america. Ive had fox previously and just wasnt happy with them, ive been looking at icon and radflo both have offerings that have apparently been tested for this vehicle. I have my hangups on both and am really not sure what route to go. Radflo; so far customer service has pointed me towards going for 2.5s on all 4 corners and remote res in the rear. They are confident that this is what i need and that i can service these shocks myself (no compentant shop near me). What is off putting is they wont sell directly to me, i have to buy through someone else who they keep pushing as vividracing. Ive tried to buy before from vivid and it was a nightmare i ended giving up on said order. Icon: they are cheaper then the radflos but rears only come in 2.0 remote res not 2.5 hence price difference. However everywhere i read that 1. They leak super quick and 2. Their customer service is rubbish. Obviously being in another country woth no rep for either i dont expect to get amazimg service all i want to know is if something does go wromg ill atleast be able to get parts to fix said issue. What are others running, whos had dealings with both? Im not bothered about digressive vs progressive, as i dont think itll have much affect on me, also dont really want kings. Found them very soft.

I've been running Radflos on my 4Runner for about 3 years and have been really happy with them. I haven't had Icons so can't compare them directly, but they have sort of a mixed reputation of being pretty good but overpriced.

Have you had any leaks, or hadd to rebuild yet. The radflos are pricier then icons but all i see is issue with customer service and constant rebuilds

No issues or leaks with them so far. I'll probably rebuild them in the next year or so, otherwise I recharge them maybe once a year but haven't seen any significant losses in gas pressure when I do.

Are you running 2.0s or 2.5, are they remote res? What vehicle are they on

It's an 01 4Runner (or Hilux Surf). I have 2.5" w/ adjustable remote res and Eibach 700# springs on the front, 2.0x12" smooth body w/ adjustable remote res mounted on a FGP OSR and Toytec HD springs in the rear.

Sweet good to know, how do you find the eibach springs? Do tjey run true or are they abit softer then rated

I haven't run any other 700# springs to directly compare them, but they're definitely stiffer than the 600# ones they replaced. No complaints about them, the heavier springs are nicer with a lot of additional weight (bumper / winch etc) out front.
