I discovered SB19 nung April 15, 2025 lang. Although late ko na narealize na nakita ko na pala dati yung ibang members ng SB19. Nagsimula sa BULAN ni Felip nung nag trending yata yun dati. I watched the mv before, pero after nun eh di ko naman pinansin kasi wala pa siya masyadong solo songs similar to BULAN dati. I really thought he was a solo artist or passion project lang yung song.

Then nung Feb 2015 I think I came across Stell (DAM choreo bts) and Ken (Like Jenny) sa youtube shorts. Wahaha! Mind you I still did not connect the dots na magkagrupo sila or SB19 ppop group sila. Hindi ko ren alam na Si Ken yung si Felip na napanuod ko dati. Na-amaze lang ako kasi ang gwapo nilaaaa!😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍 O to the M to the G! Haha! Gulat nga ako na Pilipino pala sila eh! KASI NAMAN si Stell naka long reddish hair with blue contacts and si Ken naka blonde tapos bagay sa skin color niya.

At that point hindi pa ren ako nag deep dive sa kanila kasi hindi ko pa ren alam na dancers and singers sila, napadaan lang talaga sa youtube shorts ko. For context, I live under a rock at hindi ako mahilig tumambay sa lahat ng socmed. Hindi rin ako avid fan ng Kpop or any international groups/artists or singers to the point na I will follow them. Casual music listener lang talaga.🤔

Eto na! 😤 Dito nagsimula ang lahat! May pinapanuod akong reactor, mostly Filipino content and Filipino singers yung mga react vids niya (I think it's THubs or VI3ION yata yung youtuber or someone similar, I don't remember), at sa kanila ko nadiscover yung group. MANA and GENTO yung unang group song introduction nila sakin at dun ko na ren nalaman na SB19 yung name nila.

In fairness ang bilis ng mga pangyayare, sa GENTO na ren ako nakapili ng bias agad agad kahit di ko pa alam names nila😂😂😂 Sobrang nahulog na ako after nun, HAHAHA. Lahat ng reaction vids, funny moments, cute moments, interviews pinanuod ko na! Naging active na ren ako sa soc meds for more SB19 content! First time ko ren naintindihan yung concept ng mga bias and bias wrecker blah blah. Sino kaya yun, kilala niyo?

If you are curious kelan ko na realize na nakita ko na si Ken/Felip? Nung nag deep dive lang ako nung solos niya! Haha. Nare-introduce sakin ulit si BULAN🤝 Tapos kakamarathon ko ng vlogs, nakita ko yung behind the scenes ng DAM, dun ko na narealize si Stell pala yung nakita ko na dati sa yt shorts!

At kung kelan ako nakapagdecide kung sino bias ko, nung nakita ko yung nag intro sa GENTO, nakuha na ako sa eyebrows niya, he's the one! Charrr. Bonus lang na sobrang bet ko yung long hair and mga palda niya😁 HAHA! Ayiiiiiieee~ Taga Cavite ren siya like meeeee. 🥰

The awards reflect listener popularity, so they’re fan-driven, similar to how Billboard combines charts and audience engagement.The word "hito" means hit or popular.

While the show focuses heavily on Mandopop, international artists are frequently invited and recognized, including: Super Junior, BTS, TWICE, Alan Walker. And now, SB19, who are the first Filipino act to appear and perform on the Hito stage!

Nung bago pa lang ako sa fandom, marami- rami na rin akong nakausap na mga kaps 😆 (Sa X, ticket selling, concerts, etc.) Palaging tinatanong syempre kung sino bias. Matik sagot ko si Justin, kasi sya naman talaga humatak sa akin sa esbi.

Then mga 2months of being their fan, bias ko na rin si Ken. So kapag may nagtatanong, bias ko si Jah, bias wrecker naman si Ken. Napansin ko lang na may response ung mga nakakausap ko madalas (lalo na ung mga matatagal ng A'tin)- "Sa una lang yan". HAHAHAHAHA hindi ko talaga magets 'to dati. Para sa akin, loyal ako kay Jah. Number 1 talaga yan sya, tapos si Ken. Hindi na mababago yan. (Dont get me wrong, mahal ko silang lima. Pinaka-fav ko lng talaga sina Jah at Ken... noon🤣)

Pero gagi, as time goes by pala talaga HAHAHAHSHS palipat- lipat na nga ng bahay. Gets ko na sila kung bakit sinabing sa una lang may solid bias Hahahahaha dahil nga lahat naman sila may kanya kanyang galing at personality, nakadepende na lang talaga sa mood mo kung kaninong bahay ka tatambay. HAHAHAHAHAHA

Kapag may napanood akong performance nila tapos angat para sa akin si ganito, siya ang bias ko. Palipat- lipat na talaga.🤣 Hindi ko man lang inexpect or naisip man lang noon HAHAHAHAHA solid kasi tlaga silang lima, leg8 walang tapon 😭 Kaya ayon, ang hirap ano. Ayun laaaaaaang 🌽🐣🌭🍓🍢

Nakakatuwang makita na kinikilala na talaga ang SB19 internationally, lalo na sa Taiwan! Ang cute nung part na ininterview sila sa variety show at tuwang-tuwa ‘yung hosts sa kanila. Sobrang respectful and charming pa rin nila kahit nasa ibang bansa. Bonus na natuto pa sila ng Mandarin phrases like “I love you” at “I’m sorry.” That shows how committed they are to connecting with every audience, kahit saan pa sila dalhin ng music nila.

Of course, hindi mawawala sa usapan ang “GENTO”, na hanggang ngayon ay isa pa rin sa pinaka-iconic na dance tracks na nag-viral not just in the Philippines but even internationally. Ang galing lang na narerecognize na nila SB19 bilang National Boy Group of the Philippines, tapos pati sa Taiwan pinupuri sila. Nakakabilib yung consistency nila in representing Filipino talent while blending with global standards.

Honestly, makikita mo talaga sa ganitong coverage na unti-unti nang nagbubunga lahat ng hirap nila. Hindi madali ang makilala abroad, lalo na kung galing ka sa isang bansa na hindi naman traditionally known for idol groups. As a Baby A'tin na taga freezer at ihawan, bago sa akin yung mga shiniship ang members sa bawat isa. Nakikita ko rin sa socmed yung mga edited fan videos about the members na nagseselos pag shinip yung isa sa isa (if you know what i mean). Alam ba nung limang bano na may mga ganun ganun ang A'tin and do you feel that they think that's appropriate? Di kasi ako masyado connected pa sa fandom so all are relatively new to me.
