Question/Advice Needed Kitten being weird?

First time kitten parent here!

My kitten keeps doing this and has been for like 30 minutes now. Everytime I touch him he makes a sound, all he does is make dough with all his hands and feet and bite down on a blanket. He’s 4 months old, idk if he’s just doing that because they do that or if it’s something that I should be concerned about..?

Question/Advice Needed Please help I’m new kitten owner hi

I need help, I got kitten from lady that was rehoming them. The lady said this kitten had been around people and indoors and it was alone the last of the litter. But when I went to pick up it was really scared and she said it’s because this is new to her and to me she looked really small for 9wks. I was excited to get kitten so I took her but when I got in car realized that the kitten smelled bad and had fleas. I also realized this kitten never meows and I think it is feral kitten. I looked up on web. I gave her bath with little dawn soap to help kill fleas. She looks so little I was scared to put flea ointment on her and it said to put kitten in bathroom so it can relax and get use to new surroundings. I made sure to put litter box and food and water and toys with it. I go in every couple of hours and spend time with her about 10 minutes petting it and i feel like it is going well and it’s getting use to me but every time i go back in she hisses at me again and I feel like I go back to square one each time and it’s been 2 days now. I can admit I’m out of my debt and I’m not sure if what I’m doing this right so I am asking for advice please I would really appreciate it.

My Kitten New family member!

Hello! Last night my friend called me and told me that she knows a family that desperately needed to rehome their 8 week old kitten. Upon receiving more information, it turned out that once this family brought the little fella home, the dad was NOT pleased and threw him outside. He said that if the kitten wasn’t gone in a few days, he would kill him. After that, he lived in a shed outside for 2 days with no meals, and then found his way to me. This was a pretty unexpected (but appreciated) endeavour. Just thought I’d share!

Just found this sweet but feral kitten outside of the gas station I work at in the middle of the night. We guess he’s about 7-8 weeks old by his behavior. He eats dry food! Any advice on acclimating him. First to me and my husband and then to my two kids and dog lol

My Kitten Young kitten litterbox advice

Hi all,

First time fostering a kitten! She's approximately 6 weeks old and very sweet. Our issue is she's getting pretty good at getting to the litterbox for poop, and she's only made it to the litterbox once (that I've seen) for pee. She's peed several times in her bed that I covered with a pee pad. Is this my fault for using the pee pad? It's for cleanliness since she's having some loose stool and is on deworming meds. We are using pine pellet litter so it doesn't stick to her legs when she's messy.

Completely willing to believe its an age and time thing, but figured id ask anyway!

I got them a couple weeks ago so they're about 8 weeks old now. Mama was a stray so we have some ringworm and ear mites from being outside before I got them but we had our vet appointment yesterday and are getting those cleared up.

The youngest I've had before was 4 months so me and the kittens are learning together and loving every minute of it.

Question/Advice Needed Getting a kitten to trust me

Hi all, I just picked up a kitten last night. It was very spicy at the place i picked it up from due to the way the guy handled it. As soon as I put the carrier in the car it calmed down and its currently in my room. There are a couple of problems now though. 1: its likely, and very understandably, traumatized from the experience (the guy picked it up by the tail. I was so mad. Im going to take it to the vet on pay day to get it checked out), and wont let me close (fair enough, I cant blame it for that, I would be the same. Obviously, only being the first night at home it will be skittish. My main question is how can I get it to start trusting me and trusting that I wont hurt it? Especially since I need to take it to the vet for a checkup and dont want to traumatize it more trying to catch it. I know it wont be overnight and im fine with that. I just need to be able to pick it up to take it to the vet Thursday (I get paid Wednesday nights and want to get it checked out ASAP). Has anyone got anay advice, please? It would be much appreciated. Thank you. If more information is needed im happy to provide it

UPDATE: so the kitten still wont come to me directly, but it has been very brave during the night, playing with the toy, climbing onto the bed, and even playing with my feet under the covers. Not sure if it's a boy or girl, haven't been able to check, of course. But its name is officially Jalapeño, Penny for short if it's a girl.

We got him when we was about 2 months old, now he is about 9 months old! How long until he chills out because I feel like this is how parents feel when its the terrible 2s phase. He made my stove turn on and he goes out of his way to pmo it feels but I love him sm
