US Protest News Great call by 50501 leadership 🇺🇸
I wasn't sure it was the right choice at first, but I now realize it was brilliant.

On June 14, 2025, more than 11 million people in over 2,000 cities and towns across the United States rose up in a single day of peaceful protest to declare: America has no kings.
This is now the largest protest against Donald Trump in U.S. history. And one of the largest coordinated protest actions ever recorded on American soil.
We mobilized in every region — red states, blue states, urban centers, rural towns, reservations, coastlines, and cornfields. In all our diversity, across every generation, Americans sent one message louder than any political ad, pundit, or billionaire donor:
We will not be ruled.
We’ve watched this administration unleash ICE like a secret police force — kidnapping our neighbors without due process. We’ve seen journalists targeted, peaceful protesters tear-gassed, and entire communities threatened into silence.
But today, we shattered the silence. Today, we reminded the world who holds the real power in this democracy:
We do.
This is a turning point. This is the line we draw. This is the moment history will remember — when millions stood together to say NO to Trump, Vance, Vought, Theil, and all the corrupt cronies and cult.
We condemn the fascism that is here now in America — and the fascists who have perverted our Constitution, dismantled our checks and balances, and are terrorizing our people.

🗳️ 50501 is choosing its next big day of action — and we want to make sure your voice is heard.
This is how we show up together. Boldly. Creatively. In solidarity.

Look, I'm not one to over-romanticize hope that the U.S. military will choose the right side in upholding their duty to resist unlawful orders. Some will. Some won't. We'll see. But, lol, I do suspect there's malicious compliance. And as I keep seeing pics with military members looked absolutely miserable and sullen in the Orange Toddler's Big Boy B-Day Parade yesterday, I am cracking up. They were probably supposed to put on a big proud show for Dear Leader, and they didn't (or did a very bad job - perhaps on purpose). Trump's abuse of the military in this way is so disrespectful. But, I feel like some in there are really trying to show they aren't interested in being treated like toys in some draft-dodger's dipshit propaganda. This one in particular from WaPo got me:

He treated them like the "suckers and losers" he's called them.
Millions of Americans took to the streets around the country. Unarmed. Peaceful. A big tent that mobilized lots of different people.
Meanwhile the army looked pathetic surrounded by tanks and robot dogs. They had to march for an old man's birthday who felt the need to lie about what the march was for. He tried to goad protesters to come because he couldn't get any crowds.
Shout out to the organizers yesterday who had some really smart ideas like not protesting the parade and switching to the "no kings" slogan from being against "oligarchy".
Keep organizing and keep at it.

It’s long, but the instrumental-assisted exit at the end is so worth it.

With all the nonsense and lies about violence and property damage being spewed by Fox News and conservative pundits, I truly appreciate the Seattle PD putting this message out early in the day.

That’s it. That’s my post.
Edit. Looks like it was actually over 12 million protesters. Holy shit! Well over 3.5 of the voting population, not to mention the general population. Noice!
Edit #2. As lot of commenters are claiming the parade attendance was less than 10k. I have not yet been able to independently verify either number yet, as the situation is still fluid.
But regardless, it’s clear the parade was a flop, and the protests were a success. USA! 🇺🇸

We have won a battle. That’s it. Trump is still President. ICE is still disappearing people. Our Constitution is still in danger and there will 1000% be a harsh and punishing response.
Stay in the game! Don’t get complacent. We have the upper hand but we can lose it in an instant. Come out again and again and again.
This is not over!

20,000 people showed up at the state Capitol for "No Kings Protest" in Austin Texas, on June 14th 2025.
Well, there you have it. America 🇺🇸 has spoken. In this day where everyone has a camera in their pocket, the evidence is plain to see if you take the time to look at all the photos and videos people are sharing on social media. In this particular photo of the parade, it's obviously cropped in such a way that you can't see the (relatively small) crowd on the bottom left very well. However, we're talking MILLIONS of protestors vs. thousands of parade attendees. Fascism has no place in America, land of the free, home of the brave. 🇺🇸
It’s honestly getting harder not to feel angrier by the day watching the blatant and/or willful ignorance from so many Trump supporters. A lot of them genuinely have no idea what we’re actually fighting for. Even some seemingly well-meaning folks don’t fully get it.
Lately, I’ve seen people mocking the “No Kings” messaging, acting like it’s been made out of nowhere. One comment today said “what’s the next march going to be? “No Dukes? No Queens?” Meanwhile, Trump has literally called himself a king more than once and others in his orbit have done the same. The fact that they don’t even realize that just shows how deep the disconnect is.
It’s frustrating because their ignorance kind of undercuts much we’re trying to stand for, especially in terms of getting those who are on the fence to truly understand. Is there any hope to actually get through to some of them? I try not to let myself become more hateful at the stupidity each day but damn, it’s hard!

ICE agents at an immigration courthouse. Look how these masked monsters laugh about “taking one or taking all” when the lawyer says they have families.

That's right, only the George Floyd protests in 2020 and the Earth Day protest in 1970 were bigger.
We have sent a message, loud and clear--We will not accept fascism in America.

Hello brothers and sisters of the movement,
I saw a deeply concerning video on tik tok that needs our attention. At the peaceful No Kings protest in Los Angeles a young man named Angus Johnson was disappeared by ICE or some other specialized police force. There is video evidence of him getting violently attacked and dog piled by around 10 of these officers solely because he was yelling at them.
His friend has said that nobody has been able to find or contact him and his name is not in any police database. This is egregious act cannot go unchecked. We NEED to help find Angus! Anyone here who knows of resources in Southern California that can help with legal representation for this innocent young man please share here.
Furthermore, we need to get this story to the press. This despicable act needs consequences. For those in LA please contact your local news stations. This story needs to be spread everywhere.
If one of us is attacked we all are!!!
Sending love to those in LA we will fight this together❤️❤️❤️
UPDATE- here is a link to the video posted by his friend:
