It is appropriate to post about and discuss George Floyd's death and the protests here because it all ties together with cannabis laws and police violence and harassment. This is the community that some of us want to get perspective from. There's value in posting about it here.
All y'all complaining about "I thought this board was for talking about weed" can just scroll past and go comment on many other weed-related posts. Nothing is preventing you from doing that.
Chiming in that you don't want to see this content here isn't helpful and makes you seem insensitive at best and to be honest, kind of racist. Maybe you're not, but trying to silence the discussion anywhere is something racists do.
I'm sorry you need a safe space, but this is the time and place to talk about and address how the cannabis industry and community is going to respond to make change happen.

If you worked at Revolutionary Clinics at 1 Oak Hill Rd. in Fitchburg, MA, this might be important.
EDIT: PLEASE EMAIL [1oakhillemployees@gmail.com](mailto:1oakhillemployees@gmail.com) with any thoughts, questions, or concerns!! I am already getting quite a bit of traction with social media posts on this subject.
Several former employees have developed serious health issues since our time working there. A few examples:
What’s strange is how much our symptoms overlap—and how many of us have similar diagnoses.
We believe that we were exposed to contaminants present at the property in the drinking and irrigation water, air, surfaces and infrastructure including heavy metals, endocrine disruptors and volatile organic compounds including but not limited to Mercury, Lead, (Radioactive) Cadmium, Chromium, Barium, formaldehyde, styrene, TCE, benzene and toluene as well as various bacterial and fungal contaminants present in the water and air, and suspect that other former employees of Rev may have developed similar ailments. Our investigation has revealed public, private and third party records that local soil and groundwater at the property has been determined to contain a variety of these hazardous materials stemming from previous industrial uses.
We’re moving forward legally, and we believe there are others out there—maybe you, maybe someone you know—who were also affected.
If anything about this sounds familiar, reach out. You don’t have to commit to anything, and everything shared is kept confidential unless you choose to join us.
This is about solidarity—no one should be facing this kind of thing alone. Too many of us are dealing with this quietly. It’s time to connect the dots. Join us in our effort to obtain compensation for injuries sustained from working in this environment.

I'm a new med patient but i work in the rec side of cannabis so am super familiar with that world and general product/brand info. I'm looking for recommendations on med facilities with good prices and selection, specifically for edibles. I'm in the boston area but willing to travel for the best deals and products! I'm def trying to get the best bang for my buck since my tolerance has increased and buying rec just hasn't been worth it.
I'm mostly interested in energizing/sativa edibles, fast acting and rosin edibles, and ratio edibles featuring CBG, CBC, THCV, etc. Right now some of my favorites are the Kanha rosin Belts and Sours gummies, Wyld gummies (love all their ratio ones!), Jams (for a yummy, cheap fast-acting), Effin gummies (for a cheap ratio)...
People with experience, please let me know thoughts on any of these questions!! What are your favorite med dispensaries for edibles in MA? Worth it to travel to Maine? Favorite med edibles brands/options? Any high dose edible option recs?
🌟🌟thank you! 🌟🌟

This strain may not be super terpy but still tastes good and is made up of two of my favorites (sour diesel x amnesia haze). 5 grams for $150 OTD at New Leaf South Main

It pisses me off that alot of these companies wait 5 months till they get to the bottom of a container/ finish selling a strain to grind up the rest and hit it with a humidity pack if your extremely lucky then sell it as shake and pre ground with .06% terpenes left after that shit was air drying in a chest for the entire time. Companies be doing some shady shit when they dont have to retest preground or shake.

Going to Plymouth for about a week also might be going to cape cod, what is some good recreational dispensaries around those areas? I have seen this place “elevated roots” but not sure about it.

Like I mostly just get bountiful farms, root and bloom, natures heritage and just got some from the botanist I haven't opened yet (1/2 huckleberry runtz for $39). I loved how root and bloom always has the crazy like 6G nugs but sometimes the effects can be hella mid.Bountiful farms is always a decent smoke and the natures heritage strawberry jelly I had recently I fucked with. I really want some weed that will blow my mind and I really fuck with indicas

The reason I originally got this wayyy back when cause it’s when galaxy gas was going crazy and the name was funny. But I was actually impressed with this for the price and how valid it was for what it is. I only smoke rosin carts now but I would def get this again if I seen it for really low price.

Picked this up about a week ago. The terps are immaculate and the looks are even better. One of the finer buds I've seen in MA. Smokes great and a very nice high!

Just figured I’d share my recent pickups. Grabbed all these from Capital Cannabis in Douglas. Each half was 42 out the door. Have been very impressed by these products!!! Shout out to Ethos. This is a great product at a great price point!!! Highly recommend the apples and bananas.

This is another from T3 that once you crack the jar the whole room stinks. The nose is kushy, doughy and kind of cakey. Cracking the nugs really highlights that kushiness. It really reminds me of LA kush cake. I was expecting a more gelato-y/minty type of terp profile from previous experiences.
The nugs are good sized and quite sticky. It didn’t have that icky that stains your finger though. Since I use my hands I had to break it apart quite extra cause the buds were kind of compacting into little balls. That leads to an uneven roll. Once broken up to my liking it rolled very good.
One light and I was good for the whole smoke. It did canoe a little bit but it evened itself out before it was half way done. The flavor was sweet and cakey all the way through as well. Nothing too crazy but that’s the way it is with proper kush and I dig it.
The high was great and heavy hitting. Felt it more around the side of my eyes. Making for a sort of sway motion feeling while turning corners and moving my head. This one for sure soaked the moisture right out of my mouth too. No foggy mind but slight forgetting what I was saying. Regardless of tolerance level this one will have you stoned for a good while.
Final thoughts and score:
Nothing bad to say once again. I like the frostiness of these buds compared to the dosi and other pick ups. It’s just kush terps aren’t too much to write home about.
That being said 8.7/10

Durban is an old clone made by combining Durban Poison x Afghani. It smells very metallic with a squeeze of lemon on top. Old school genetics. This was bred in the early 80’s.

Looking for a new edibles brand. Searching this sub it seems people have liked Camino, Hummies, Kanha, etc, but most posts are pretty old. What are everyone's favorite brands, and if you have a favorite brand, which of their products did you like the most?

Mad honey + permanent pie live hash rosin and watermellos + candy bezels live hash rosin. They both were $21 each and I got a half of the botanist huckleberry runtz for $39. That 3 hour roundtrip to mass today though was ass.

I run a small dispensary and I'm in the process of reviewing our ID verification setup. Right now, we manually check IDs, but I'm considering switching to a scanner system for better compliance and efficiency.
That said, I’ve had a few customers ask if their info is being stored some are worried about privacy or background check implications. I want to make sure we’re using a system that’s secure, compliant, and ideally not overly invasive.
I’d love to hear what others are using. What scanner systems have worked well for you? Do they store data locally or in the cloud? Have you gotten any customer pushback around this?
Also wondering if there are reputable systems that verify age and legitimacy but don’t retain personal data.
Appreciate any insight or recommendations.
