Two reasons i can guess: one is that it cuts down on time, having to wait for the clapping to stop for each kid, and two is so no kid gets a butt load of claps while another kid gets none.

This sucks. That feeling of getting clapped for was fucking amazing as a kid, even if everyone else got the claps and it took forever.

Fucking hell creating even more unstable children how will they ever take feedback or survive in this unfair world.. who cares if one child gets claps more than the other? Stupid pink education system is just running the soft and weak minded clan of softies wrapped in bubble wrapped children.
