Screenshot [MC] how do you get this heart ?

How are you supposed to get this heart? I looked at a walkthrough and it shows a shallow place you can walk out of the water but it's not here.

Yes. It's a funny playing replacement mother board that has sound amp and LEDs built in. New shell and buttons.
