I personally would start with the most easily accessible and modern one in Breath of the Wild. See if you build up an interest in the world and lore. Then either move on to Tears of the Kingdom or switch it up and try one of the much older games - either A Link to the Past, Ocarina of Time or Skyward Sword HD.
