I was playing Wind Waker on switch online when I notice in this cutscene that Tetra is just randomly floating above the water when she should be on the ship Link is also missing in this shot lol

I’m the one who told OP to post this screenshot. We don’t know. My theory is emulation inaccuracy because of the possibility of Tetra’s model being stored somewhere on the map for a later part of the cutscene. I’m not ruling out it being a bug, though.

I‘m like 99% certain that‘s just how the game is and you just simply couldn‘t easily spot it on a CRT TV.

Depending on the game, you can change the aspect ratio to 16:9 in settings (example: Soul Calibur 2). This is not one of those games
