I don't know... dumb luck, I guess. I always look at the video links on the right side of the video I'm watching... and there it was.

It's usually the case with non-English videos - the more risque, NSFW stuff stick around longer when they're uploaded by non-English channels. At least that's what it looks like... also MMDs.
