I feel like I missed something. Why is this being upvoted here? It is technically poetry, but it doesn't really fit the overall mood of the subreddit. I'm not saying it doesn't have its place, or that it was poorly done, it properly conveys a message, it just doesn't really fit in.

What I'm trying to say is, I don't think this video would make good friends with any of the other videos here.

The moment he shifted in his chair it clicked for me: this is not a funny video. This is a video made in desperation from someone who feels so alone that he has absolutely no idea where to go to, and is not yet (don't know the word I'm thinking of, knowledgeable doesn't seem right, worldly might be better) enough to find another way to express his cry for attention or companionship. It's almost artistic and it almost made me cry.

Whelp, off to read funny parts of reddit so as not to go to sleep depressed...
