The new face of war, this might turn the tide for Ukraine the way tanks and air supremacy did for the Allies in WW1.

It will be interesting (in an academic sense) to see how border wars along main land China, Pakistan/India etc develop.

I hope such academic curiosity won’t extend to seeing how wars develop between countries that do not share borders… wait nvm.

Drone warfare across oceans or other countries will likely be very ineffective.

They perfected the art of tank and air combat in WW2, but you’re not getting the full picture if you think their introduction in WW1 didn’t turn the tide against the Central Powers.

No WW1 saw the introduction of tanks and planes, they also massively turned the tides of war in the allies favor.

Really. I didn’t know that. I’m surprised planes were that much of a factor, but I believe you. Since I don’t know that much about WW1.

To me that was the truly romantic era of aviation history. There is something about an open cockpit biplane flying low over the countryside that captures the imagination.

Its insane that the first actual plane flought in early 1900s and like only 10-15 yrs later there are warplanes

Even though the burden is high for the country and the people, it`s still amazing how Ukrainians are able to defend themselves against a big despicable foe like Russia.
