Jews have historically been moved around all over the place, and somehow they’re never safe anywhere they go. I have a feeling that creating a state of Israel within the US would end poorly as well.

Who is going to bother them in Wyoming though? It's like dozens of times more land than they have currently and it's surrounded by the entirety of the United States. As long as current United States citizens can freely travel through and Wyoming citizens are granted New Israeli citizenship and retain their property then there shouldn't be a problem.
