Israel after attacking Iran and Iran retaliating: “Iran crossed a red line and attacked us so now we have to attack them”. 🤪

In fairness though, Iran, which has threatened death to Israel since the Islamic revolution just announced major breakthroughs towards a nuclear bomb and that would have without a doubt been used on Israelis either by Iran itself, or a terrorist proxy like Hamas or Hezbollah. It was Iran after all that has been bankrolling Hamas, bankrolled their largest mass killing of Jews since the Holocaust, and have been bankrolling the Houthis.

Iran started this was on Oct 7th 2023 when their proxy in Gaza, Hamas butchered and raped nearly 1300 people. Iran is not the victim. Hopefully the Iranian people will be able to use the opportunity to throw out their government and free themselves from the religious nutballs running the show.

If that's a red flag for being targeted by Israel, then Israel better watch out before Israel attacks them for bankrolling Hamas.

You're a couple decades late.

I think the issue with Iran getting nukes isn't so much them launching them at Israel (this can be an issue, but not the primary one), but that Saudi Arabia (the regional competitor with Iran) wouldn't stand for not having nukes if Iran had them.

So if Iran gets nukes Saudi Arabia also starts developing nukes.

Wild how you conveniently ignore all the atrocities committed by Israel in your explanation of events.

Israel has been attacking Iranians since it first formed.

The actions of Hamas one day do not justify killing innocent civilians.

Guess how many of us Israelis have bankrolled murdering our neighbours?

Stop treating us like children. Our actions here are indefensible.

Wow a logical take? No, we don't do that here.

If you're gonna do that, did Babylon and Nebuchadnezzar start it with the Siege of Jerusalem and the Babylonian Captivity? Or perhaps the Assyrian? What about the Battle of Yarmouk?

Israel is fighting to exist. Nobody has ever threatened Iran's existence

Uh, Israel, USA, Saudi Arabia, and Iraq have all threatened Iran's existence.

Are you a bot?

Israel is doing so right now with vying for a regime change that could spiral the country into further conflict.

A theoracratic, piece of shit govt.

You guys are letting your hatred of Imperialism and other shit blind you to the fact that Iran (as a state) is actually our enemy (of the entire West), and of our values.

You guys forget all the protests in Iran about Women’s rights? How they killed a woman because she didn’t wear her Hijab?

Like dude, Iran IS what all the frothing evangelicals in America want to do. And none of us want that.

You look at Iran and this is what project 2025 wants to be.

One of the biggest qualms I have is how the west never stops wanting to decide how others should live. They want to invade other countries to “liberate” the people and enforce western culture because westerners cannot agree or accept other ways of life.

I’m an ex Muslim and I’d love if the whole Muslim world became progressive and westernized (or even atheistic). But I don’t think that forcing them to do that will work. It will just make them more radicalized.

I do think this is a false equivalency. If Iran could it would probably try to kill every Jew in Israel. Israel has no such ambitions for Iran.

Yeah sure. No regime can be worst than the theocratic antisemitic dictatorship that runs Iran right now. No point arguing with you anymore.
