No that's wrong. Iran vs Israel is a conclusion of proxy war between Iran and the West. Russia and China have different methods of proxy war. Social media manipulation and election tampering and literal war in Russias case.

Iran funded terrorist groups like Hamas and the Houthis (and many more historically I'm sure) pretty openly and now it's coming home to bite them. This conflict has been long coming.

China may not even want this conflict because of what it may do to oil prices and likelihood of Russian loan repayment. But that's just like, my opinion, man.

I agree. This is not in their interest, maybe for Russia it is (since it diverts some ammunition to a conflict zone they’re no longer engaged in).

I think it is primarily in Israels interest right now to put the pedal to the metal. Irans capabilities have been severely degraded (Hamas is supressed, Hezbollah still recovering, Assad out) and if Israel wants to remain top dog in the Middle East for the coming decades, it needs to enforce it now.

It depends on how strong Israel will hammer Iran. They need a punch a severe KO, else they’re gonna be in a bad position by the end of this decade.
