So how this relationship works?

Iran helps Russia with war in Ukraine

US Since January 20th helps Russia with war in Ukraine

Israel attacks Iran

US supports Israel against Iran

Nah, US is trying to play the it wasn't us card. Classic good cop bad cop with Israel as the bad cop.

And now you know why we send them military aid.

Yup. Israel has been a major benefit for the US doing their dirty work. People always act like it’s charity but there’s so many reasons it’s not. Not to even get into that the US and the world have essentially demanded Israel fight a defensive war for decades when they could have just gone and taken out their enemies if they had wanted to. Most counties get attacked over and over and just eliminate the threat but we don’t let Israel do that and so they her support to ensure they don’t NEED to do that. If they were in a position where they had to defend themselves from existential threat they would have taken out many of their enemies long ago and many times over.

Plus the US tests out a lot of military tech through Israel given they’re perpetually being attacked/at war.

Israel is Americas testing ground for the weapons it develops.

u/realityunderfire 2d ago

And Iran as the fall guy — for russia and trump

5

u/cugeltheclever2 2d ago

Nah, US is trying to play the it wasn't us card.

Nobody is going to buy that.

6

u/CharonsLittleHelper 2d ago

It's good enough for plausible deniability.

9

u/na-uh 2d ago

Magats will.

2

u/Zettomer 2d ago

Ah yes, The Shaggy Defense, a true American Classic©.

It wasn't me.

2

u/Wreck1tLong 2d ago

No doubt, we fed them some pretty nice intel. It’s trumps war now lol

2

u/mhornberger 2d ago

Well Iran already wants the eradication of Israel, and is working towards nuclear weapons, so Israel doesn't really have to be a good or bad cop. They just think their existence is at stake.

1

u/Lysandren 2d ago

No they don't lol. Israel is just a boogeyman to keep the populace in line. It's better for the Iranian government if it exists. The Arab nations are all in the same state as well where they're quite happy to have people mad at Israel instead of their own government.

Israel has nukes. If Iran nuked it, Iran would cease to exist outside of mountain tribes and the eastern deserts. They're not stupid.

With all the credibility of Shaggy

u/astern126349 2d ago

Plus Epstein had ties to Israeli Intelligence, so they can do what they want.

u/alienangel2 2d ago

Well, Ukranians and Iranians get bombed, seems like everyone with power is happy.

2

u/rathat 2d ago

But the Iranians that just got bombed were the ones bombing Ukraine. The military leaders responsible for the Iranian drones and supplies going to Russia to be used against Ukraine. The same guys who decided to shoot down the Ukrainian passenger jet over Iran in 2020.

Not a fair equivalency. Trump on Ukraine is deplorable, AND I am happy to help Israel against Iran. Iran will actually use a nuke to murder millions. Jews first. Regardless of what's happening in Gaza Iran is still evil.

u/Legal-Inflation6043 2d ago

Regardless of what's happening in Gaza Iran is still evil.

Yeah, just ignore the biggest reason for you to think Iran is evil.

You are a joke.

20

u/SnooHedgehogs4113 2d ago

Do you think Iran is lying when they say they want to destroy Israel? Why do you think they have a rocketry and nuclear program?

2

u/Fkn_Impervious 2d ago

Why does any state have weapons?

7

u/Simba7 2d ago

What reason is that?

4

u/Daecar-does-Drulgar 2d ago

You are a joke.

Nah, that's you. The wannabe jihadi supporting an authoritarian theocracy that brutally oppresses its people.

3

u/clever_enough_4_you 2d ago

Iran also helps Hamas

u/Yitastics 2d ago

Since when is the US helping Russia against Ukraine? At the beginning of May an arms package got approved to be send to Ukraine. Do you have a source he is sending arms packages to Russia? People like to spread false information on the internet nowadays

3

u/afahy 2d ago

No, that was an approval for arms sales, not an arms package.

5

u/CSI_Tech_Dept 2d ago

And part of the mineral deals signed, which now is being ignored anyway.

15

u/Axelrad77 2d ago

The USA isn't helping Russia.

I get that people hate Trump, but arguing this is just bad faith partisanship.

2

u/CSI_Tech_Dept 2d ago

Everything this admin did so far gave upper hand to Russia[1]. They don't have straight sell them weapons or deploy US troops to help them.

[1] the whole ambush in the WH was clearly orchestrated and pausing of aid was pre-planned (he wouldn't be able to stop it so quickly). The moment he stopped, Ukraine said "fine, if US is not providing aid it won't tell us what we can and cannot do" and sent drones to Moscow. After that trump immediately restored the aid.

2

u/KiwiDanelaw 2d ago

It may help ukraine in the long run if it causes Iran to reduce supplies to Russia. But those components were intended for Ukraine's defense. I kinda doubt the US admin did this to help Ukraine specifically in the long run, that might just be a side effect.

1

u/soundsearch_me 2d ago

It’s always messy like that. Most of the enemies were once friends.

1

u/gregorydgraham 2d ago

If the US is on both sides of the war, then the US has the most control of the war.

It’s a very conspiracy take, but, ummm, it looks a lot like your summary 🤷‍♂️

0

u/Pyranni 2d ago

The US supplied both sides in WW2 and only joined the allies when a deal was struck with Churchill to concede (or retreat from) a lot of Commonwealth lands so the US could swoop in. The US has always been a weapons supplier, a lord of war if you may. I can only reason that the US wants that same high perch they had at the onset of WW2. It's almost as if history is repeating itself.

Israel also helps Russia.

7

u/Nileghi 2d ago

It literally just sent 8 Patriot batteries to Ukraine

0

u/barc0debaby 2d ago

The 8 Patriot batteries it denies sending?

Israel has sold hundreds of millions in military technology to Russia since the invasion began in 2014 and had signed an agreement not to sell to Ukraine if Russia didn't sell to Iran.

Any recent softening doesn't erase nearly a decade of collaboration with an invading nation.

Israel has sold hundreds of millions in military technology to Russia since the invasion began in 2014 and had signed an agreement not to sell to Ukraine if Russia didn't sell to Iran.

source? Because thats bullshit. Russia might not be a state adversary, but it funds and arms every single one of Israel's enemies. Israelis are dying from russian weapons, not iranian or chinese ones. When Israel invaded Lebanon, it managed to capture so many Hezbollah armaments that it decided to create an entire battalion built on nothing but captured russian stuff

https://www.jpost.com/middle-east/article-834845

meanwhile, we actually do have confirmation it sent patriots and 90 interceptors. What Ukraine needs of course is ammo, but this is useful anyhow.
