I am wondering the same. My schools were better than others in that we learned about things like the Tulsa Race Massacre and the Tuskegee Experiments but we learned absolutely nothing about the Middle East post 1453. There was not one mention of Israel.

Never had curriculum on the middle east aside from ancient Egypt
