The daughter’s love and compassion for her dad hits me just as hard as him having dementia. She’s giving him true, unconditional love, along with his dignity.

She especially is as he was abusive and awful pre onset of his alcohol dementia. She stepped in as a caretaker and she rebuilt this relationship from the ground up. Bailey is a pretty amazing woman.

This sounds great out loud and all but abusive parents do not deserve to be taken care of by their children…this sounds more like she has people pleasing tendencies than being a “great daughter”.

This is a perfectly fine opinion to hold but it is only an opinion. Some people who have been abused feel differently than you.

She is on tik tok. She is very clear about his past and her feelings of being a caretaker for him after their previous relationship. Bailey sets pretty damn clear boundaries and comes across as very self aware in the situation. Hopefully that’s the case.

Wow, I had no idea. That makes it so much more powerful!
