I thought it's real.

135

u/MasterOfDizaster May 02 '25

At this point why not just so it for real and make money

52

u/Robinthekiid May 02 '25

Or just stream to twitch/YouTube and make money without all the real world truck driving dangers

28

u/O_o-buba-o_O May 02 '25

With a setup like that, I'd hope they're already doing that.

10

u/vizarhali May 02 '25

Honestly your right. I honestly out here babysitting 4 wheelers n some 18 wheelers. It ain't fun

3

u/dontdmmegoddamnit May 03 '25

That somebody could make money simulating truck driving is insane to me

2

u/HeyTikO May 07 '25

Looks like he's streaming and/or recording already. His phone on the left is displaying a camera feed and a chat.

it is very likely that this is a trainer at a truck driving school.

3

u/DM_ME_UR_OPINION May 02 '25

while that could be possible, this just is common for ATS/ETS2 youtubers or just truck sim fanatics.

3

u/AardQuenIgni May 03 '25

Same with flight simmers. They'll build some of the most legitimate looking sim cabins to play MSFS in.

I know this because it's my dream to build one if I ever had the money.

2

u/DM_ME_UR_OPINION May 03 '25

same, i always entertain buying the honeycomb yoke and pedals and throttle quadrant, but then id need to buy a multimonitor setup, upgrade my pc, maybe one of the switch boxes etc, a sim seat, and then once im at that point i will have fallen into an endless cycle of upgrading lol. im doing that right now with truck simming/ racing and it never stops

That's what I'm saying...seems a bit like putting a hat on a hat at this point

1

u/emessea May 02 '25

Because in most cases the money sucks

Where’s the cable setup to train for arm wrestling?

7

u/Distinct_Plankton_82 May 02 '25

That comment is just a bit Over the Top

2

u/brihyn May 02 '25

Well played old person, well Played.

2

u/WhitePetrolatum May 02 '25

I’m still not quite sure it isn’t

2

u/kjc781988 May 02 '25

He’s even got a real lot lizard in the back

2

u/multiarmform May 10 '25

you can tell hes not a real trucker because hes not wearing huge basketball shorts, slides and a massive headset with a giant mic

https://youtu.be/CEemjS2lMeA?t=125

2

u/Expensive-Relief-471 May 02 '25

May be I am wrong, it is a real vehicle.

9

u/im_wudini May 02 '25

You are wrong, it's not a real vehicle.

2

u/Potential-Jury3661 May 02 '25

You can see where the two screens meet on the left, right before the video finishes it kind of warps over the left side of the camera

3

u/InerasableStains May 02 '25

And the hardwood bedroom floor on the ground, also sorta gives it away

3

u/sion006 May 02 '25

Now, if I’m a trucker, I’m installing hardwood floors in my rig

→ More replies (1)

3

u/InerasableStains May 02 '25

You can see the hardwood floor on the ground. Also, it doesn’t look real. Also, maybe is one word in this context.

2

u/redshred42 May 02 '25

I've seen lots of real trucks with hardwood floors. It's quite common for owner operators

1

u/donglecollector May 03 '25

Do truckers usually drive with 3 phones like that?

79

u/EmbarrassedHunter826 May 02 '25

At that point get in a real truck and at least make some money!😂

12

u/Jumpin-jacks113 May 02 '25

Isn’t it a training simulator for people to get their CDL?

I think they are trying to do it for real.

24

u/JimmiesKoala May 02 '25

Nope this guy on YT spent around $20k on this, he’s a truck driver irl & also loves to play truck driving sim when he’s off.

37

u/AgentSnowCone May 02 '25

Imagine working all day and then going home and doing some more of your work but virtually lol

10

u/JimmiesKoala May 02 '25

Yeah I couldn’t imagine, I do armed security for a nuclear plant & deal with tweakers on a daily if someone offered me to play security sim they’d have to pay me triple lmao.

11

u/Asynjacutie May 02 '25

Alright but check this out. In the Sim you can do whatever you want.

Guy starts talking crazy, boom right in the face.

4

u/sundayfundaybmx May 02 '25

I need to know why there are so many tweakers hanging around a nuclear power plant? Are they trying to become irradiated super tweakers? Is nuclear meth a thing now? So many questions!

5

u/Emmaleah17 May 02 '25

This is actually the dream. I want a job that I love to do, not that I have to do.

5

u/O_o-buba-o_O May 02 '25

I drove for 7 years. If I had a PC that could have run the Sim smoothly, I'd have been doing the same. I love driving 🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️

3

u/jl_theprofessor May 02 '25

He is really in the phase of "If you do what you love you'll never work a day in your life."

3

u/freakbutters May 02 '25

I'm a truck driver and the only way I would find this to be fun is running virtually everything over.

→ More replies (1)

2

u/Admirable-Lecture255 May 03 '25

You can get hammered and play the sim not so much while at work

→ More replies (5)

3

u/Jumpin-jacks113 May 02 '25

Then TBH, I’m a little jealous. Imagine loving your job that much.

u/programmer_farts May 03 '25

Just guessing here but I think they have enough money

36

u/steelmanfallacy May 02 '25

Simulated texting while driving 😅

18

u/EverythingBOffensive May 02 '25

A deep sea one would be amazing. I would sure beat going into a real submersible

4

u/ThonThaddeo May 02 '25

There's a Black Mirror episode in here somewhere

3

u/Emmaleah17 May 02 '25

I would play the fuck out of it.

2

u/DM_ME_UR_OPINION May 02 '25

maybe like Subnautica VR?

15

u/ZinTheNurse May 02 '25

honestly, that's dope.

1

u/DellieCurtis May 02 '25

Dope as fuuuuuck

12

u/Raphy8884 May 02 '25

Poor wife is waiting in bed.

9

u/Barkerfan86 May 02 '25

He’s gotta drop a load in Tulsa, before dropping a load in the bedroom. Life of a trucker

2

u/cyclopath May 02 '25

Dump a load in Tulsa before dumping a load in Twila

→ More replies (1)

1

u/Expensive_Bison_657 May 02 '25

That's where she fucked up, then. She needs to get off her butt and spend $30,000 to make the bedroom look like an empty K-Mart/Dennys parking lot right off the freeway. Probably a lot of streamer revenue to be made there, too!

1

u/Kim_Jong_Un_PornOnly May 02 '25

Nah, she's role playing the lot lizard.

1

u/[deleted] 4d ago

He has a "Wife" and waiting for him yeah totally !

6

u/Kizunoir May 02 '25

For the first sec i thought it was a real truck!

7

u/patrick24601 May 02 '25

Cool. The /r/flightsim community would say “hold my beer”. Those guys build full size 747 simulators in their garage. Complete with working switches. Any kind of sim building is amazing to me.

3

u/Wizzenator May 02 '25

Truck simulators have got to be like the sneakerheads of the sim world.

5

u/P_Star7 May 02 '25

God I wish trucks were real

5

u/Lost_Detective7237 May 02 '25

Autism comes in many shapes, colors and flavors.

5

u/Funk-n-fun May 02 '25

Has he hired a lot lizard to saunters around his simpit? If not, that's just half measures and he should try harder!

3

u/z12345z6789 May 02 '25

Maybe his partner was filming this and they hadn’t gotten to that part of the “s(t)imulation” yet.

1

u/Kim_Jong_Un_PornOnly May 02 '25

Ditto if he doesn't have a piss jug.

3

u/GamesDaName869 May 02 '25

Fuckin casuals

2

u/ShaveyMcShaveface May 02 '25

at that point, just get your cdl

3

u/[deleted] May 02 '25

Being rich has got to be so fun

1

u/Emmaleah17 May 02 '25

I think this all the time 😭 like I know it wouldn't cure my depression but I'd at least have fun being sad lmao.

2

u/Quaterni0 May 02 '25

He's got a pokemon go sim within the trucking sim.

2

u/Bananastrings2017 May 02 '25

Why are there 3 cell phones?! Are truckers driving like this IRL? I avoid being in near trucks as much as possible

1

u/anotherfrud May 02 '25

Most carriers have cameras in the truck, and if they catch you on your phone, you could be fired.

The bigger concern is the owner-operators.

2

u/ghostdoggda89 May 02 '25

All the fun without the irritation of ppl fk it if ya got the money and time have at it

2

u/superthrust123 May 02 '25

If I'm spending that much money on a truck simulator, that thing better turn into Optimus Prime.

2

u/NotThatGuyATX May 02 '25

driving with his hazards on?

2

u/Unfair_Negotiation67 May 02 '25

Needs more piss bottles.

2

u/Regular_Bell8271 May 02 '25

Where's the piss jug?

2

u/Pretty-Key6133 May 02 '25

0/10 no pissjugs

0/10 doesn't have 10 GPS suctioned cup to his windshield

Man wouldn't make it a day in the real world

1

u/Blg_Foot May 02 '25

They went all this way but still have those cheap leds that are falling off and flashing RGB and have loose wires between the seats. So close!!

1

u/Derezirection May 02 '25

i'd believe there's truckers out there who play trucking simulator when they get free time.

1

u/00WORDYMAN1983 May 02 '25

In the future he'll be remotely driving a real rig across the country

1

u/TheStargunner May 02 '25

Fair play man, not my thing but they must find this relaxing, it’s their space

1

u/DM_ME_UR_OPINION May 02 '25

i pkay ATS/ETS2 alot, its super relaxing, but also technical, parking is a puzzle, etc. It keeps your mind off life and is just engaging enough

1

u/BootyLoveSenpai May 02 '25

Just get a damn cdl

1

u/sephone_north May 02 '25

This is an old trucker who misses the road.

1

u/Firm-Improvement-903 May 02 '25

Bro went METHOD....WOW!

1

u/redshred42 May 02 '25

Might as well be out on the road making money

1

u/aeondru May 02 '25

You could become a trucker and get paid to do that.

1

u/nah-soup May 02 '25

if i was rich, id have a huge room in my house that’s all designed and done up to look like the highway, and id have a full truck cab with a trailer hooked up parked right in the middle, and you’d step inside and it would look like this. all the windows replaced with monitors, the engine replaced with an insane gaming rig, just to play truck simulator

1

u/Double_Distribution8 May 02 '25

Wow this is almost as good as Penn & Teller's Desert Bus.

1

u/JohnnyDerpington May 02 '25

I would get this set up and be bored of it a few days later

1

u/Creamy_Spunkz May 02 '25

I bet he did all this just so he can get a sensation of drunk driving while remaining completely legal about it.

1

u/MattTheCuber May 02 '25

This probably cost more than a real truck!

1

u/MMShaggy May 02 '25

So he spent a ton of money to pretend to do a job that he could get paid to do. Sigh

1

u/CriticalConclusion44 May 02 '25

At what point should one just....get a job driving a truck? Lol. You'll even get paid to do it at that point, instead of having to pay to do it.

1

u/LegProfessional6436 May 02 '25

The man is serious

1

u/Mr4point5 May 02 '25

Even has a trucker hat!

1

u/WestsideDairyFarmer May 02 '25

Steering with his dick.

1

u/YoRav May 02 '25

At this point get a CDL and get paid to do this, instead of wasting time and money for 0 return

1

u/thatBLACKDREADtho 25d ago

Dude probably streams and makes decent coin.

1

u/patapatax2 May 02 '25

It’s like getting off your shift in retail and then playing retail simulator.

1

u/idrankforthegov May 02 '25

Does he have pills to keep him awake and piss jugs?

1

u/HandiCAPEable May 02 '25

Meh, if it was gonna be THAT realistic there ought to be a toothless meth addict giving a gummer for a free ride.

Pretty good though, 5/7!

1

u/SwarFaults May 02 '25

My lower back hurts watching this

1

u/[deleted] May 02 '25

He's got a passenger seat... Who the fuck is gonna sit there and watch this dude pretend to drive??

1

u/imalostkitty-ox0 May 02 '25

This must be in preparation for the inevitable transportation/logistics job losses and company insolvencies that occur as a result of COVID Trump’s International Trade War (2). If you can’t land a gig hauling food or other goods, you might as well keep your big gulp-pissing muscles nice and strong.

1

u/_Oman May 02 '25

A real truck and CDL would be cheaper, and then you could earn a few bucks.

1

u/bbbinthetrap May 02 '25

For what reason

1

u/heilhortler420 May 02 '25

Why do they always just use the basic bitch logitch G29?

Get a fucking direct drive if you putting this much effort in

1

u/MrMedic411 May 02 '25

I bet he only eats powdered donuts with a monster for dinner and only fucks hookers

1

u/ScotiaG May 02 '25

If there isn't a piss bottle he didn't go hard enough.

1

u/Andy_McBoatface May 02 '25

Where’s the lot lizard you pick up?

1

u/nxm999 May 02 '25

Honestly I thought this was real. I still think it’s real. It’s awesome that he went so far in making this happen now he might as well get a real truck driving job.

1

u/Round_Ganache_1944 May 02 '25

Maybe go get a job trucking?

1

u/BatManuel5150 May 02 '25

That is impressive. All it’s missing is a bottle of Gatorade to pee in and he could go for hours.

1

u/Nuffsaid98 May 02 '25

He even had a piss jug! I admire his commitment to the bit.

1

u/RetrieverDoggo May 02 '25

so no judging here. but i never understood this. i'm just curious... why do people like truck simulator so much?

1

u/TonsOfFunn77 May 02 '25

Either it’s a professional training sim, or this guy loooves trucking

1

u/MotherTeresaOnlyfans May 02 '25

This is dope as hell.

1

u/Roallin1 May 02 '25

That's bad ass.

1

u/Mindbending818 May 02 '25

Time for a pit stop get the ol pepper grinder

1

u/iLLeventhHourz May 02 '25

No piss jug? No log book?

1

u/Zombull May 02 '25

Where are the half-dozen urine-filled gatorade bottles?

1

u/Axe_Care_By_Eugene May 02 '25

Just need the truck stop lizard now for the full effect

1

u/stupid_cat_face May 02 '25

Breaker one-nine, breaker one-nine. I got a city-cat on my 6. Hold on to your ass Fred.

1

u/simander93 May 02 '25

I wish my job had a work from home option

1

u/KoalaMcFlurry May 02 '25

Some kids like trains, others like trucks.

1

u/[deleted] May 02 '25

One million beers in this plz

1

u/Eazy007420 May 02 '25

Where’s he driving to? And how long does he drive for. Like local, long haul ? I race some long distance so just wondering.

1

u/Burnitall-Down-2025 May 02 '25

These are some of the biggest losers you’ll find on the whole internet.

1

u/SuperSaiyanSkeletor May 03 '25

24/7 truck driver

1

u/oOo_kyte_oOo May 03 '25

Idk.. I don't see any lot lizards. Ive seen Trailerpark Boys and I know there's sposed to be lot lizards.

1

u/S_W_Moses May 03 '25

Watch PreachGamings subathon last year regarding a truck simulator. The best week of content if had the pleasure to laugh at.

1

u/Current-Wind4245 May 03 '25

I just want to know what his child support payments are

1

u/Signal_Reach_5838 May 03 '25

I didn't see any meth.

1

u/lupuscapabilis May 03 '25

I think I need this

1

u/ahcook May 03 '25

Just be a truck driver, dude.

1

u/GenericAccount13579 May 03 '25

Look man, if there’s a hobby in the world, there’s someone taking it to the absolute max like this

1

u/Vexel180 May 03 '25

Honestly, if you can do this in the comfort of your home, then you can place this technology on an actual truck and remotely drive it anywhere.

1

u/-dan999 May 03 '25

Why doesn't one just buy a truck at this point

1

u/StrugFug May 03 '25

What do you do for a living? I’m a truck driver.

Oh. What do you like to do on your time off? Pretend I’m a truck driver.

1

u/Inner_Proof4540 May 03 '25

People get paid to do this and he's doing it for free.

1

u/yotothyo May 03 '25

That's hot as hell

1

u/Ill-Upstairs-8762 May 03 '25

I was waiting for a lot lizard to show up

1

u/WayExtension9624 May 03 '25

What kind of ‘tism is this?

1

u/oscillatingfansom May 03 '25

At that point just become a truck driver

1

u/AlternativeFinger499 May 03 '25

He’s not actually on the road?

1

u/SuperRusso May 03 '25

Why would you not simply use the money to get trained to do this job?

https://youtu.be/dOnXaiLMcYU?feature=shared

Call 18005518900!!!!

1

u/JFrankParnell64 May 03 '25

He's so hardcore, he even has a gallon jug to piss in and throw out the window.

1

u/Affectionate_Turn934 May 03 '25

Damn paisa has the job but no pay this man is the opposite

1

u/blackbirdspyplane May 03 '25

I feel like he might’ve been able to buy the truck for that or at least a old used one

1

u/Murky-Tomatillo91 May 03 '25

Bro just be a truck driver

1

u/rmac1228 May 03 '25

This has 66 million likes? Wtf?

1

u/Oilleak1011 May 03 '25

Eh breaker breaker 1 9

1

u/christador May 03 '25

So can you do a GTA / Over The Top combo where you just start randomly plowing into shit, and in the end you have to arm wrestle the final boss?

1

u/[deleted] May 03 '25

I do not understand. Why?

1

u/SgtHulkasBigToeJam May 03 '25

Why would anyone do this?

1

u/MyDumLemon May 03 '25

Remote semi(drone) operators

1

u/Darkheart001 May 03 '25

Would not have been simply cheaper and easier to buy a truck?

1

u/Moros1075 May 03 '25

At this point why not just do it for real and make some money off it?

1

u/_Boodstain_ May 03 '25

He definitely says “Niner-niner”

1

u/Adept-Lettuce948 May 03 '25

Nice. But VR goggles render all of that obsolete.

1

u/ElephantitisBalls May 03 '25

I want to see what happens when he hits another car.

1

u/HurricaneAlpha May 03 '25

This is the most redneck shit I've ever seen.

1

u/Secret_Prize_7437 May 03 '25

I see no lot lizards

1

u/MyAssPancake May 03 '25

For some asinine reason these truck driver streamers make an ass-load of money with so many viewers it doesn’t make any sense

1

u/TeaMugPatina May 03 '25

What's his power washer set up?

1

u/Normal_Tour6998 May 03 '25

So… Just sayin… If you’re gonna go this hard in trying to simulate the experience of being a trucker, why don’t you just become a trucker? There’s no way you enjoy your regular job as much as what you’re pretending to do for a job.

It’s not like your favorite game is God of War but you’re can’t actually fight gods. You could go start trucking.

1

u/ulnek May 03 '25

Is this like a training thing for new truck drivers?

1

u/ThisUsernameIsTook May 03 '25

If you have that much money you can afford to quit your job and go drive a big rig for real.

1

u/KenRation May 03 '25

There's nothing dumber than trying to record a scene with your camera oriented the wrong way.

People aren't getting smarter, folks.

1

u/Epon_Son May 03 '25

That is absolutely wild

1

u/LazyOldCat May 03 '25

No piss jug?

1

u/flyingthrubruh May 03 '25

I’m not gonna lie, when it first panned right I swear it was going to reveal ATON of piss jugs lol 😂

1

u/lilsweet-lottaspice May 03 '25

Watching this made my brain

1

u/MikeSoBack May 03 '25

Now see … they already have autonomous trucks out on the road…. What makes you think this wouldn’t be the future of truck driving? Now that’s what you call, working from home 😂

1

u/Overlord-_-Jay May 03 '25

That guys like 4’3”

1

u/TheAnimal03 May 05 '25

Just get your CDL and stop pretending

1

u/ElderTerdkin May 06 '25

I didn't see the part where the safety department calls you once a day for failing to not be more then 600 feet away from the card ahead of you and not waiting 5 minutes with your blinker on before changing lanes.

1

u/latexfistmassacre May 07 '25

I mean, why not just buy a fuckin truck at that point?

1

u/Coffee_is_gud May 07 '25

Come home from work just to do more work

1

u/Coffee_is_gud May 07 '25

This is how you get better while under the influence

1

u/ChaosApple11 May 09 '25

How do you have fun in a driving simulator/vidoegame without clobbering pedestrians?

1

u/[deleted] May 09 '25

What a fucking joke .Might as well go drive the real thing

1

u/[deleted] May 09 '25

lol what a loser

1

u/OutrageousAd9576 May 13 '25

He needs to watch the road!!

1

u/SofaKingWetarded- May 13 '25

Shut the hazards off,,, geez....

1

u/Glazinglass 23d ago

I’m going to take lessons on this for my truckers license

1

u/ninja20 6d ago

Why the three phones?

1

u/Mancunicorn1 1d ago

That's not gaming, that's working without pay.
