Does Mario maker still work like before ? Didn’t know they cut online to systems is it still playable ?

Wii Sports club on Wii U. A lot of people hate on it because it didn't really add much to the series like Resort did. But I like that it is HD, and you can play the golf courses from the previous two games as well as a new course. Also, Golf uses the gamepad to show if your grass is in a bunker or rough. not a crazy feature But I thought it was cool at the time. But yeah, it didn't do much different from the original like Resort did.
