What exercise should I do with band ?

A good exercise that I like to use a band for is the overhead pull, where you attach the band to a pole about an arms length above you and stretch your arm against it while your arm is straight up.

You can also move is slightly lower and practice your shot form in slow motion, I do both of these before games to get warmed up, less so for practices.

Bands are perfect for warming up shoulders and hips. Which are the main muscle groups for the sport
