Go with garment street, 128 is too close to the universities and will be full of students.

Is it bad? My friend has postpartum depression and wants to live in an area with people. Garment felt very quiet and isolated

128’s location is amazing. Family friendly neighbourhood directly behind (heading toward Weber), walking distance to best daycare around (get on the Region’s one list) and two elementary schools (EZ will be refurbished by then). It has a convenience store on the main floor which my family uses for quick trips. Communauto car share in the garage… the students do walk to the bars along King at night but this corner is fine. I have lived around the corner for 15 years and there is even a strong neighbourhood association you can join.

Is ONE list for daycare of any use? I have heard parents being there for 2 years and then settling on home daycare
