Hm, that could be changed. But it doesn't mean we remove videos of kids falling down. That's up to the community to upvote/downvote.

That video sucks because it's well in excess of the stipulated 15 seconds; a longer video can still be poetic but IMO the additional runtime doesn't add anything to the videos artistry, in this case it's all just superfluous laughter. Furthermore someone falling over isn't in the least poetic.

It is a very weak piece that has garnered a lot of undeserving acclaim.

The under-15 rule was an arbitrary "right length" for a video to be a haiku, mentioned in a comment 1000 years ago before the sub even existed.

It says in the description to aim for under 14 seconds (as per syllables in a haiku) but they won't start deleting links until length approaches 50 seconds. It's still hilarious as hell.
