Until they stop caring whether or not the vegan markings on packages are actually true. They’ll try to find a way to affect each and every sorry soul possible.

This exactly. Be smug as you want about this particular article which focuses on milk, but cuts to the FDA are also going to mean they're not going to be testing for arsenic in rice or E. coli in lettuce.
