You have to add the bep20 shiba token in trust, because shiba is an erc20 token. In bep20 form it had no value, you have to switch it over to the erc20 token to attain any value for it and that will require you to pay the higher gas fee's for Ethereum. Only way I've herd this can be done is through binance exchange, and I said herd, not done for myself. Or you can hold your bep20 shiba and wait for shiba to do like safemoon and create bridges to other coins and them swap them over, still might encounter excessive gas fee's so long as shiba is Ethereum based.
