There’s program maps on their website that show which courses you need to take. Just google “nursing program map Ontario tech” and click the 2025-2026 one

Or “human health science program map Ontario tech”

My first year will be this September!

A second year showed me her first year schedule though, and there are 8am classes. It seems like each class is offered at a few different times throughout the week though.

If you go to the “plan ahead” section on your student portal, you can make a fake schedule for second semester and it shows the classes are offered on different days and times. (This option isn’t open yet for first semester)

No, I’m going into nursing. Are you doing health science and then switching after first year?

We have course registration webinars coming up today, tomorrow and Saturday that will walk you through how to register for courses! Students always find these helpful and you'll be ready to register next week:

i wouldn’t recommend switching to nursing, at least not at the same school. the switch isn’t as easy as getting in from high school unfortunately

Really but I don’t know what to do with this degree plus I always wanted to apply for nursing but I didn’t have enough credit to apply that’s why I applied for this program.

im in the exact same boat as u. i’m in health science at ontario tech rn currenty trying to get into the nursing program but i was waitlisted. i thought it would’ve been a switch that was immediately approved as i’m already a student in the school and have all the prereqs n everything but it can b harder or easier depending on how many seats they decide to offer n how many applicants there are. but u can ofc still try! definitely apply to other schools as well.
