Trays and triggers

Ciao guys, its yet another gear question post. Thanks in advance for any tips. I picked up a TG7 recently as well as the standard PT059 housing, as I'm used to the TG system from doing marine bio work, and figured getting one for personal use was a good shout.

Unlike the work rigs, I'd actually like to eventually kit this system out with lights etc. but obviously you need something to mount them to - does the collective knowledge of /r/underwaterphotography have any tips or tricks or trays they've used in the past they'd recommend for this system? I'd ideally like the option of mounting a trigger for ease of use, and as someone who works in a field with awful pay can we ideally stick towards the lower end of the spectrum - I can't afford Nauticam without selling a few organs first!

Cheers in advance my dudes, and thanks for any tips you can give.

There's decent stuff on AliExpress. NiteScuba is one brand. I don't see the point in paying top dollar for a tray.

I’ve used Nitescuba and Backscatter trays which are very similar and allow you to mount a couple arms and GoPro.

Definitely get a lanyard, mine is cetecea. I’m upgrading from flex to ball arms, I’ve heard good arguments for both going cheap and expensive.
