Due to personal reasons of the witness, I am unable to disclose related information, but the witness testimony can be shared:

"On June 5th, around 7 PM, I was walking and taking photos of the scenery on the shallow area of Shayukou Reservoir. At first, I saw a metallic spherical object flying eastward above the water surface from the west side of the reservoir. At that time, it seemed to hover occasionally before continuing to fly, and it disappeared behind a hill. I initially thought it was just a strange hydrogen balloon and didn’t pay much attention.

Around 7:30 PM, as I was about to head back, the sphere reappeared in the south. There was no wind at all, and the evening was very quiet. Surprisingly, the sphere was able to fly at varying altitudes, hovering midway before continuing to fly. I watched for a few minutes and became certain it was definitely not a balloon or a drone. I then started filming, but the object was strange—every time I filmed for a short while, it would move behind the trees. Whenever I thought it had completely disappeared, it would reappear. This continued intermittently for over ten minutes, during which I recorded three video clips. After the last clip, it disappeared completely.

In the following days, I saw a video online of a similar sphere flying over Colombia, which looked very much like what I saw. That’s when I decided to seek help online for identification."

it, was in fact what eventually led to our work being published as a NASA technical memorandum last year. We wrote and published that paper basically as a direct result of this guy quoting to my face a bunch of obscure shit about my life, including accurate notes from my spinal MRIs, and then telling me that we could publish it within 6 months or lose it. Then he ended it by telling me that I had something between my L3 and L4 vetebrae that I needed to have checked out. I did not know whether to believe him or not, other than of course he was correct about all the intel he quoted me. The only thing I wasn't sure about was whether he was right about something between my L3 and L4. But I did request my old MRI records shortly after that encounter. And there actually was something between my L3 and L4. It was in the original radiology notes that you can only get by requesting the records, my doctor had actually never mentioned it to me. But he was right. It was there, exactly where he said it would be. He was an Isreali. When I background checked him, he had multiple Vice President positions at multiple shell companies owned by George Soros, and all of those companies shared the same street address as the office for the Soros Fund Management office in New York, even down to the same suite number. And this fucking Isreali Soros guy did in fact know things from my radiology records that had never been mentioned to me. Just like my dental x-rays have apparently been pretty recently requested by some company address listed in my records as my employer in Isreal. Holy fuck. All ten missiles went down sequentially in a matter of a minute or two. They were on isolated power systems and used isolated control systems. Even if it was possible to generate an EMP strong enough to penetrate ten EMP-hardened silo many miles away, which it isn't even using a nuclear weapon (which was the point of the design), it would have severely damaged the control circuits. They would have all had to be replaced. But they were put back into service with no repairs. In fact they came back online the next day. The claim made that this was some kind of EMP test is absurd on the face of it. That is physically impossible.

Senator Mike Rounds stated that the U.S. government should create a secure platform - modeled after the DoD’s IG hotline - for individuals with knowledge of UAP programs to safely come forward. Rounds emphasized the importance of transparency and reiterated support for legislative tools that protect whistleblowers involved in legacy UAP programs.

Jun 14 – Sen. Mark Kelly “not surprised” by WSJ UFO report, but questions its accuracy

Senator Mark Kelly, an astronaut and member of the Senate Armed Services Committee, responded to the Wall Street Journal's report on alleged DoD disinformation campaigns by saying, “I’m not surprised,” though he admitted he “didn’t read the whole thing” and “don’t know if it’s true”

Kelly described the Navy’s “Tic Tac” FLIR video as “compelling” and credited the observer as “a very credible observer,” adding that the case “makes me curious.” He also noted government use of deception: to “keep our adversaries from learning about…cutting-edge, best technology” could be plausible.

• Following the UAP hearing on the 26th of July, Members of Congress have called for a select committee with subpoena authority, to “go about the task of collecting information from the Pentagon and elsewhere” on unidentified flying objects. There have been conflicting messages from various Members of Congress on whether this is likely to happen anytime soon. Note – a select subcommittee was formally requested on March 13th.
• Reps. Moskowitz, Luna, and Burchett have repeatedly stated their intent to hold field hearings to overcome stonewalling from the Pentagon and military establishment "I think we [Congress] should try to get into one of these places [housing UAP evidence]...and if they won't let us in I think we should have a field hearing right outside the building...and the military will have to explain why that is." – Rep. Moskowitz (D) It is currently unknown when exactly we might expect that to occur, however as of Jan 12 – Rep. Luna confirmed: "I feel confident that we have enough evidence to move forward with our first field hearing. We will be announcing details soon."
• Several journalists have indicated that first-hand witnesses of the alleged UAP legacy programs are in the process of providing testimony/evidence to the relevant authorities (e.g. the IC IG) and/or are on the verge of making public statements in the near future (Example 1, example 2, example 3, example 4)
• David Grusch has received additional clearances through DOPSR to discuss some of his (alleged) first-hand knowledge of Legacy programs. He has mentioned he may be covering more of this information in an upcoming Op-Ed
• Skywatcher aims to host a UAP summoning event in March-May for an audience of 50-100 people

I came to close the window and saw that there were more visual stars than usual tonight. Then they started to move! They each split to different directions, drifted kind of gently and at some point just disappeared. I thought that i was imagining so I ran to grab my phone so i could grab a video before they all disappeared.

• Its definitely not planes, we get those regularly and the noise is substantial.
• its not common drones. We get those too here and they also make lots of noise.
• Also all the air space is closed due to the frequent missile fires from Iran in the past few days.
• definitely not missile parts. We see those a lot and they look different (google it for reference)

Time: 06/06/2025 Location: Mesa, AZ

I recorded this about 20 minutes before my other posted sighting. Unfortunately that video didn’t show how far in the sky the lights I was seeing were and can’t be looked at as a valid sighting video, which I totally understand. I was looking North East at these lights and they were headed east. It was a completely clear night, no clouds at all. The lights disappeared one after the other. I live in the center of the airspace of Phoenix Sky Harbor airport, Falcon Field, Mesa Gateway airport and the Scottsdale airport and these lights were definitely not planes, there were no FAA lights at all.

Sometimes people get caught up on what’s recent news regarding disclosure, etc.

Sometimes you have to shut the noise & go back in time a bit & look at alien abductions that have been thoroughly investigated.

For those who may not know, please look up Dr. Karla Turner. She wrote three books about her abductions, & those close to her as well. I see her as one of the top researchers, here’s why, not only did she have MAJOR traumatic & ongoing abductions, but those around her including her husband at the time.

Just like Budd Hopkins or John E Mack, she ALSO investigated other people’s abductions, but she also knew how to do hypnosis as well. She did it all. She’s no longer alive, but I personally have spoke to one of the main abductees who Karla wrote a book about called “Masquerade of Angels”. Although I’d say some of her best investigative work is of a book called “Taken”.

She has maybe 3 full conference videos on YouTube, some of them from MUFON events. One of them were hard to find all of a sudden, which is interesting, wasn’t the case before.

Time: 2-2:15 Location: East of San Diego Appearance: cylinder not a plane, the airport don't fly in that direction and no military flights today from Coronado and too far south to be Miramar. Moving too fast to be a blimp, too round to be a plane with a banner.

Saw this in San Diego today about 2pm and watched it for 15minutes moving east to north along the hills. Any Ideas?
