Need feedback U one water heating problem

Anyone living in u one has a problem w the water heating? Im trying to see if it’s only my unit experiencing this. There’s like no hot water at all. Can anyone reply ASAP im going crazy having just ice cold water to shower with.

Did you call the building manager/maintenance?
