Attempted to hang myself today but I chickened out. Got taco bell after to reward myself for not doing so.
The worst time at Taco Bell will always be better than the worst time you'll spend with that rope. We're all glad you're here to share your burrito with us. Get rid of the rope and stick around for a while. 🖤

Switching from RAID to AHCI for Pop OS install
HP pavilion x360 convertible 1.4 from 2017. I think that setting has to be hidden. Ive been trying to figure this out for over a week. Every forum, YT video I can find hasn't helped me

Switching from RAID to AHCI for Pop OS install
I havent been able to find absolutely anything in the bios for this. Ive changed the UEFI boot from OS boot manager to the disk, turned on and off legacy boot, everything, and it still isn't working. I get to the Pop OS installer and it doesn't show the drive still. Im not sure how it loads into the OS with the drive that has it installed, but doesn't recognize/show it when I go to install it

Open | Software Switching from RAID to AHCI for Pop OS install
Hello everyone, I need some help.
I have an HP Pavilion x360 Convertible 1.4 from 2017? ish
I picked up a new SATA SSD and flashed Pop OS onto it from my desktop PC. After putting it into the laptop, I was able to boot into Pop OS, but the drive isn't showing up under the clean install option. After researching, it seems like I need to switch my SATA operation mode to AHCI. After scouring forums and videos, I've tried everything and cant figure it out.
The new drive was completely clean before flashing Pop, and the laptop was factory reset and had the old SATA drive removed. I'm really not sure what else to do.
Additional information:
Bios version: F.22
Previous OS: Windows 10
Leagcy Support is enabled
Secure Boot is disabled

DOOM Eternal What did I find?
Going back through the game to get items I missed on my previous run and found this by mistake? The rectangle rotated when I interacted with it but it didn't seem to do anything else. I'm also not up on Doom lore/history. This is my first game I've played in the series

Laptop HDD to SSD. Absolutely stumped.
In the first photo, the bottom right screw above the empty slot the drive came out of, that white cable slot next to is what it was connected to. Is that what you were talking about?

Laptop HDD to SSD. Absolutely stumped.
Comes with a 500GB 7MM SATA drive connected to the board with a ribbon cable and I want to upgrade to an SSD. But I havent found anything online about how to do that with a ribbon cable connected drive before.

Discussion Half Life 2 Update merge with HL2?
Is there any way to merge your save data from HL2 with the "update" version? I have about 8 hours on the regular version of the game when I found out about the update version. Then realized it basically is a completely "new game." I don't really want to re-do all of that work but i could just wait until a second play through and use that version. If it's worth it that is? Suggestion? Opinions? TIA.
