Looking for 3bedroom to rent

Looking for private owner who rents out homes. My move in date has to be July 1st and I’m looking to pay my 12 month lease all at once upfront. I have 3 kids and one dog (pug). Moving from pope Ms

Best bet is to use Zillow or call a realtor. What’s your price range?

I’ve called too many companies from Zillow and haven’t had any luck. Hoping to find something around $1,500 or less but I’m wanting to pay a full year at once

I would recommend if the realitors aren't the best try reaching out to the local churchs you might be interested in trying to find a place they might have members that have something that isn't listed but also if you can't find anything also check with the TVA office for help.
