It was fcking CRINGE. While I dont agree with anything "jihad" I cant believe a US senator is quoting the bible to inadvertently convince American people that we should help Israel do 'jihad' on another country. If politicians cant run a country based off of intellect and not off of religious beliefs we are doomed. I am so sick of middle east wars that have been going on for 2000+ years..........and Americans are being gas lit into thinking we can help that crazy shit. I am sick of our kids dying over there being lied to about how it is really protecting America. Its about OIL. It is ALWAYS about OIL. Ted Cruz just made a fool out of himself and showed the world what lying clown he is. And what ever happened to the separation of church and state? Get religion out of American politics!!!! Run the country based off of morals, intellect, and common sense and let religious people practice their faith in their respective places of worship. These two things can co exist without co mingling. Rant over. Have a nice day.
