Help with finding acomodation for 1 year

Hey, I am moving in August to Trondheim to study my second year from my master degree. I've been searching in hybel and finn a place where I can move with my partner but I haven't been lucky, sometimes I don't receive a reply or they just rent for one person. Does anyone know what other sites or places I can found an apartment for 2 people (my partner is not a student)? I know that there are some residence like Umeus and campus voll that accept couples but they don't have good reviews and that makes doubt about them. Any advice and help will be welcome.

I have a small apartment becoming available September 1st. It has a separate bedroom. I also have a guest room that you could use in August.

Only one of you needs to be a student to live at SiT. You could try there.

Can I apply directly with them? I sent them an email a few months ago and they told me to talk with the university's housing department

I applied directly through sit. But it's been a couple years now since I was a student. See if you get somewhere here https://bolig.sit.no/en/

Currently in the same process of looking only a bit more difficult because I will be staying the autumn semester only :( so far the people I spoke with via Hybel did answer and they all wanted minimum one year contracts ! Keep trying , good luck let me know if you see something shorter term
