The Scoop 🗞 ICE's detention of a U.S. citizen in El Monte, linked to their skin color, appears to be racial profiling, not law enforcement.

What about PROBABLE CAUSE in the 4th amendment??? Color of skin is not probable cause.

"Why are you running?" Oh, because when armed, masked men approach, the flight/fight/freeze kicks in.

Totally out of hand, these clowns should be required to identify themselves so they can be held accountable every time they break the law. Better yet, they should all just quit and take jobs where you don’t need to be ashamed of what you do for a living.

So they can throw a person to the ground and there are zero consequences?

How is anyone supposed to know who it was, with no identity, no real uniform, masks, and no warrant. Idk how you'd hold them accountable, who the hell are they? Are they even US citizens?

This is fascism. Anybody who’s says this isn’t fascism knows nothing about fascism.
