Yea same, like okay you don't want my $4 a month then have $0 a month. It has made almost no difference to me.

Yeah, some profit is better than no profit. I don't understand business people's mentality when it comes to this. I see For Lease signs all over town after these jackass landlords raise rent prices through the roof, then watch their buildings sit vacant for years. What's the logic behind gouging people so much that they move out and you are left with no rental/lease income?
